I had the executive suite for two nights. Everything was great except two things I wish to mention. The TV needs to be better and smart allowing to watch or stream platforms like Netflix or Prime etc. Secondly the aircon could be better. I set it at 16 degrees and high fan mode but still it used to get hot during the night. Otherwise we had a good time and would definitely recommend your hotel to our friends. We will be visiting again surely. Thank you to your staff they are amazing.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable and one of the best beds I have slept in. Amazing hotel and will definitely be staying again.

We stayed in family suite and the “king bed” was 2 singles pushed together, 1 hard 1 soft and kept sagging in the middle as no top layer provided. The sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable as again nothing was provided on top of the sofa to make it comfortable, only a sheet. Pool area is very small and not nearly enough comfortable seating and lounges. Location was fabulous and close to the beach.

The hotel is very short walk to the beach entrance which makes it super convenient for a beach holiday. Also not too far a walk from a few restaurants, bars and cafes that are quite good. And the staff all seemed lovely and friendly. But there is no sound proofing at all and both mornings, kids running down the hall yelling woke us up early. Probably not an issue for everyone but we had planned for a relaxing trip including sleepins and that was ruined. When in our room we could also hear a different kid having a tantrum in their room and another person walking around quite alot. Overall I'd possibly stay there again because of location but it would depend on price and wouldn't be for any romance.
