"I was not offered my VIP items. No rm upgrade and I had to ask for the free bottle of wine promised when booking. That said, rm was spacious, comfortable and easy walking to multiple restaurants & bars. Also real close to the beach. Even found street parking for free right out front. Hotel staff was pleasant and happy to help."

"Coast Resort is perhaps the best resort in Merimbula. Two pools, a tennis court and across the road from the main beach. Although on the far side of the lake to the main shopping strip, it's less than a 10 minute walk there but this also means there's far less traffic around the resort and there are a couple of cafes, one of which is around the corner and serves breakfast. "The apartment is spacious and bed sheets are clean. However the whole apartment needs deep cleaning and dusting, all hard flooring including in the bathrooms needs mopping, all surfaces need wiping and toilet needs thorough clean. Shower has urine smells. "
