"The room was ready on time, had a nice view, and looked nice. The bed was comfortable, and there was ample lighting. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. However, we had to go back to the valet stand because our phone number was not entered (so we didn't receive a text to pay/pick up). When we checked in, the elevators were crowded so we had to wait a while, as did several others. The dark wall beside the toilet in our room had a noticeable amount of dirt on it."

"Our stay was just okay. Our 1st floor room and lobby area really needs updating, our headboard was peeling apart, the arms of the chair was torn. The ice machine on this floor didn't have any ice, and in the morning our elevator wasn't working, though that may have been a fluke. The pros were, The bed was firm and comfortable for a good night sleep, the bathroom was clean and the shower had great pressure, the staff were very kind and friendly.
