"The house is beautiful, the neighborhood is quiet and the host responds to any and all questions quickly. The house also is minutes away from many stores which was very convenient! I’d definitely book again if I’m ever in SC."

"My family and I had a wonderful 5 days at this property. There were plenty of comfortable bedrooms to accommodate our whole group with room to spare. Very pleased with the amount of bath towels and beach towels provided along with the many toys for the lake. Our host was very accommodating and we all appreciated that. "A group of six, 39 and up came came for a wedding and preceding activities. The location was PERFECT. 7-9 minutes from Main Street. The house was clean, the decorum was modern and chic. The beds were PHENOMENAL! So comfortable and all my group was in agreement. We have another trip to Columbia and would love to rent again."

"This house comfortably accommodated our family of nine with plenty of room for each couple to have their own get away location within the house and plenty of common areas to share family time together. In addition the location was great. We walked two short blocks to enjoy downtown Aiken, had short drives to enjoy good food, and it took less than 30 minutes to get to the Augusta airport. Finally the house was beautiful, well maintained, and had great outdoor spaces."

"The home was well equipped with everything we needed and more to spend quality time gathering with family - both inside and outside the home in the spacious backyard and patio areas. Thank you to the Nykamp family for not just opening their home, but ensuring all amenities were well stocked so we didn’t have to worry about anything beyond our basic needs and enjoying each other. I also appreciate their responsiveness when contacted about anything regarding the home. "

"Great property for multiple families or grown children with their own. Lots of activities and games at the house even though it was winter, and a large common area and large dining table. Enjoyed some of the outdoors and would be an amazing place in the summer."
