"Our stay was absolutely fantastic! This rental exceeded our expectations! The property was very clean and comfortable! The host went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful stay. We look forwaed to staying here again next time we visit Columbia!"

"Came in town for USC football game. Kitchen was well suited to prepare our tailgate. A basket of snacks and waters were on the kitchen table, which was a nice surprise upon arrival. The property manager was extremely attentive. Alerted of no hot water and issue was corrected within an hour. Portable AC units in living room and bedroom worked great, as it was very hot and humid. There is no central AC. Great stand-up shower…toilet area was tight. I’d stay here again!"

"Great location for parents weekend at USC. It became our home base. We could all meet up and head out as a group. The lines to the bars were too long, so we came back and used the game room. We played cards, pool and charades. Plenty of space in the unit, lots of towels and all the necessary essentials. We will be back. Thank you again!"

"We really enjoyed our stay at Mrs Shirley's condo. It is a small , quaint space with all of the amenities. Great location near the pool! Parking is a little tricky if you have more than one vehicle but it was fine! Will definitely stay again!!"

"So much to say but I'll stick with letting the owner know a welcome manual may be necessary for Wifi information along with general house amenities and how to work them. Not enough linen was available. No ice maker. Verbal communication with owner was a bit stressful. Try to cater to your guest, not your culture."

"My group of three people had a fantastic stay at this property! This location was perfect for gameday weekend and exploring the town. The hosts are incredibly friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. The space was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for our short visit. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a convenient and cozy spot in Columbia! "

"Nice quiet, cozy place. Neighborhood felt safe. I liked that you could see the woods in the backyard. The only input I would give is that I found hair on the bed and hair on the extra blanket provided on the bed (yuck). There was also some crusty food on some of the utensils and dishes. Other than that, nice place."

"The home is old, but the decor helps make it comfortable. It has great high ceilings and large windows. The bathroom and shower need renovation, and the water pressure in the shower needs to be boosted. It is close to Columbia, USC, and Fort Jackson. "

"Host was good on communication. Minutes from 5-Points. One of the highest crime rates for the city. Only heard shots one night from down the road, stayed 10 nights. - Cheers"
