"The location was perfect for us and quiet. Loved the church bells from the church close by. Bed was super comfortable and everything we could need was there for us. Would definitely stay there again!"

"Came in town for USC football game. Kitchen was well suited to prepare our tailgate. A basket of snacks and waters were on the kitchen table, which was a nice surprise upon arrival. The property manager was extremely attentive. Alerted of no hot water and issue was corrected within an hour. Portable AC units in living room and bedroom worked great, as it was very hot and humid. There is no central AC. Great stand-up shower…toilet area was tight. I’d stay here again!"

"We used this house as a place to stay while our sister was coming to her life’s end at her house which was close by. It gave us privacy and was very well appointed. Would definitely come back under better circumstances. "

"Debra and Dennis were without a doubt the BEST hosts for our brief weekend gateway to Chapin! The location is nothing short of amazing and they are wonderful people! I’ve traveled to 56 countries and 23 states in my time and have NEVER been treated more kindly than we were during our stay! Debra and Dennis are so attentive to detail and made the stay that much better! The property is HUGE and we never heard either of them or their two pups Butterscotch and Tucker! We will be back!! "The backyard setup was great for unwinding. Loved the outdoor lights and tucked away "bungalow." Great for a one or two person getaway."

"We really enjoyed our stay at Mrs Shirley's condo. It is a small , quaint space with all of the amenities. Great location near the pool! Parking is a little tricky if you have more than one vehicle but it was fine! Will definitely stay again!!"

"So much to say but I'll stick with letting the owner know a welcome manual may be necessary for Wifi information along with general house amenities and how to work them. Not enough linen was available. No ice maker. Verbal communication with owner was a bit stressful. Try to cater to your guest, not your culture."

"We stayed three days during midweek in November. The neighborhood is lovely and convenient to a main street. You can get downtown easily. The duplex itself was perfect for my three person group. Just big enough where everyone had their own space. It was clean and the neighbors were super quiet. The kitchen is nice and easy to navigate. When there was a small issue (items taken by a prior guest), our host fixed the issue ASAP. He even shipped an item that we accidently left in the duplex!...
