"Came in town for USC football game. Kitchen was well suited to prepare our tailgate. A basket of snacks and waters were on the kitchen table, which was a nice surprise upon arrival. The property manager was extremely attentive. Alerted of no hot water and issue was corrected within an hour. Portable AC units in living room and bedroom worked great, as it was very hot and humid. There is no central AC. Great stand-up shower…toilet area was tight. I’d stay here again!"

"Debra and Dennis were without a doubt the BEST hosts for our brief weekend gateway to Chapin! The location is nothing short of amazing and they are wonderful people! I’ve traveled to 56 countries and 23 states in my time and have NEVER been treated more kindly than we were during our stay! "We stayed three days during midweek in November. The neighborhood is lovely and convenient to a main street. You can get downtown easily. The duplex itself was perfect for my three person group. Just big enough where everyone had their own space. It was clean and the neighbors were super quiet. The kitchen is nice and easy to navigate. When there was a small issue (items taken by a prior guest), our host fixed the issue ASAP. He even shipped an item that we accidently left in the duplex!...
