"We arrived much later than planned (5 hour flight delay heading to Auckland). Our room was large and would have been perfect to un-wind in. Alas, as we arrived close to midnight it was too late for that. Check in was fast. The room was large and modern. The shuttle service to the Jet Park was OK, the bus back to the airport very smooth. We briefly met Jetson the hotel cat when we arrived....."

"Very conveniently located right at the airport. It was perfect for us to stay after driving in from Tauranga and leaving for a flight to Fiji the following day. Dinner in the cafe was a bit disappointing - lack of choices and not very high quality - my fish was not fresh - but the breakfast buffet was good. Room was reasonably comfortable although no amenities offered such as robe and slippers, extra towels. Overall an adequate stay."
