"We were stying at the ROC off season and some of the services were not available. But, overall, the stay was good. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms accommodation was great for a small family reunion. Spa services were enjoyable. Palma attractions could be reached by bus #4 that stopped in front of hotel. "

"We had a wonderful stay at the Joan Mero hotel. Everything was very clean and beautiful. The hotel staff were exceptional in their thoughtfulness and courtesy…(Mira especially!) We had a wonderful room with a large, beautiful terrace, looking out over the ocean… It was so lovely and really made our hotel time here, one of the highlights of our trip to Mallorca. If we have the opportunity to come back and stay here, we most definitely will!"

"We were in the 7th floor and the view was wonderful. Kite surfers putting on a show. Don't pass on the Breakfast. Huge spread that includes Champaign. A lot like a Cruise Ship Breakfast. Our only negative is that the shower floor was very slippery. We used a towel on the floor. And during a shower the water temp would get way too hot for a couple seconds at a time, "
