Comfy beds, every pot, pan, utensil, coffee press, (3 ways to make coffee, nutra bullet, courtesy snacks, cosmetic basket of anything you may have forgot, heated toilet seat, sons loved the Xbox in basement, recliners so comfortable he fell asleep & never used his room. "Susan and Mark have an absolutely gorgeous property. The farmhouse we stayed in was quaint and comfortable. You could sit on the couch watch the birds and the horses next to the fire all day. It appears there are plenty of things to do during the summer, but this trip brought a few mornings of snow covered pastures. Susan was always responsive and Mark was very nice. Great hosts and great property. I absolutely recommend!"
