"A beautiful hotel in a beautiful setting. It is an enormous building and can take four minutes to walk from one end to the other, usually up and down a lot of stairs! The hotel is generally very good especially in the restaurant and reception areas and although the rooms were a bit dated they were clean. "What an excellent place i will be returning and staying in these quaint but rustic and beautiful hotel. The rooms were bigger than an average size, the bar and restaurant was wonderful sitting next to a slow burning fire just like the good old days as a child.
