I was able to enjoy the private trails, stream, and forest all to myself! I can really see the potential of this place. "This newly remodeled home is beautiful on the inside. We all loved it. Big and roomy. Great appliances, furnishings, decor. Check in was easy. Had one question & owner/manager teplied quickly. My only advice is if you are traveling with anyone having mobility issues that 3 of the 4 bedrooms and the washer & dryer are upstairs. We loved our stay."

"Communication and cleanliness was great. Neighborhood was quiet. Enjoyed Nan's Diner for breakfast, Rich Valley Wines for the evening, and Pizza Palace for a yummy quick meal. "We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the 3-acre lodge, locasted near the small town of Coudersport. Communications with the owner were easy, cheerful and informative. Check-in was simple, and there was ample parking for several cars. The house was neat and very clean. The living room is comfortable with a large flat screen television.
