"This house is in a terrific location and is very clean. Beds were comfortable. Roomy and spacious. On top of the regular price, we paid a pet fee, an optional linen fee and a "service fee." We also had directions to leave the place how we found it, even to drive the garbage to a nearby dumpster off the property. I am okay with this policy, but not if they are also going to charge a "service fee." That is my only complaint. And the lock was hard to open, but they did warn us about that....

The kids enjoyed the creek and exploring. The view was amazing, the decks are awesome and the cabin is stocked with everything you need. Don’t miss out on this picturesque cabin! "

"Second time this year staying at this cabin by the stream, love how relaxing it is. Perfect getaway for myself, husband and our pups. Brought the 6 year old grandson along this time. We explored the area, played in the creek, saw the Kinzua Bridge, and sat by the fire enjoying the starry sky at night. Will definitely be returning. Grandson gives it 600 stars 😀."

"We came for stargazing at a pet-friendly cabin and, despite being "clouded out" the first night we still had a fantastic time. The cabin was clean and check-in was easy. We were able to get some stargazing in on our second night, despite some clouds, and you could tell on a clear night this would be the place to be! Loved the various areas to enjoy, including an enclosed front porch where we watched the rain come in. The large field made for a great area to stargaze and we decided to stay there...

"What a gem! The house is extremely well kept, clean, and full of activities. There's board games, books, and a whole astronomy section, including binoculars!We were here for a quick getaway, with hopes of seeing the planetary parade from the stargazing field. We got lucky, and Mother Nature cleared the skies for a few hours. Absolutely amazing!The host, Chris, was friendly and full of great advice. This was our first VRBO experience: it won't be our last. "Overall, very happy with our stay here - Wife and I spent three nights with our elementary school aged boys. Cabin was clean, comfortable, well cared for, and nicely appointed. Cozy atmosphere for sure. Well kept grounds - boys enjoyed playing outside in the field and down by the stream, as well as by the fire pit at night. Host was very responsive to any questions. We will certainly stay here again next time our travels take us to this area of the state. "

"The owner, Ryan met us upon arrival to go Over the place. He gave us some extra perks I’m not at liberty to say what however. The restaurant below is very good. Both Ryan and his wife, Kelly, are very nice and friendly. We only ate downstairs once but only bc we left to fish before they open and didn’t get back until after they were closed. 5 star property."
