"We arranged for a reunion of some high school friends who hadn't seen each other in close to 30 years. Our group has a history of camping together in Allegheny as kids and thought it would be a perfect place to re-connect. Pumpkin Hollow was just what we were needing. We weren't looking for anything extravagant as the fire-pit was our main focus and we used it plenty spending the evenings getting to know each other again. "This is a sweet place to stay. The location was perfect. It is within 30 minutes of a number of wonderful antique and consignment shops. There was also a very enjoyable mini golf/fun zone nearby. The house was decorated very nicely. It has a nice fire pit down near the stream which we really enjoyed. The house was very comfortable to be in and actually quite spacious for it's size. Our only complaint is the cleanliness of the floors. Walking around barefoot made the bottoms of our feet...

It is conveniently located downtown across from the grocery store and comes well supplied with the basic essentials. I do love the "building a rainbow" poster in the kitchen. "Second time this year staying at this cabin by the stream, love how relaxing it is. Perfect getaway for myself, husband and our pups. Brought the 6 year old grandson along this time. We explored the area, played in the creek, saw the Kinzua Bridge, and sat by the fire enjoying the starry sky at night. Will definitely be returning. Grandson gives it 600 stars 😀."

"We came for stargazing at a pet-friendly cabin and, despite being "clouded out" the first night we still had a fantastic time. The cabin was clean and check-in was easy. We were able to get some stargazing in on our second night, despite some clouds, and you could tell on a clear night this would be the place to be! Loved the various areas to enjoy, including an enclosed front porch where we watched the rain come in. The large field made for a great area to stargaze and we decided to stay there...

"The location of the house to Cherry Springs State Park was perfect, and it was less than an hour to the Grand Canyon of pa . The house was fully equipped with everything we needed the only thing was the portable air conditioner was not enough to cool the whole place , fortunately for us it was not hot the whole time we were there. I recommend this place for your next getaway very private , clean and well maintained."

"The owner, Ryan met us upon arrival to go Over the place. He gave us some extra perks I’m not at liberty to say what however. The restaurant below is very good. Both Ryan and his wife, Kelly, are very nice and friendly. We only ate downstairs once but only bc we left to fish before they open and didn’t get back until after they were closed. 5 star property."
