"Overall most of our needs were met as a group. Sleeping spaces for enough people to sleep at least 6 comfortably & then some extra pullout/futon couches available. However a few issues we came across were - the cleanliness upon arrival specifically the presence of dead or live flies at almost every window. Upstairs bedroom the flies were making noise all night at least the first night of our stay. - the water must be well water because it smelled like sulfur every time someone ran the sink...

"We stayed here for family weekend at St. Bonaventure. It was about a 20 minute drive. Such a great view from the living room. It felt like you were on a cruise ship, as the lake is steps away. "

"We were thrilled to stay in a lovely, elegant, comfortable mansion while we visited nearby Little Valley for the Village of Knives event. The house was a delight - from its spacious rooms, to the comfy period-style furniture, to all the conveniences we might have wished. We were in and out with no trouble, and were especially delighted with the very comfortable beds!"

"This property was as described - quaint, cozy and conveniently located. We had a family reunion over the long weekend and found that the property included almost everything we needed. We did have a problem connecting to the WIFI. The password would not work and we had to reboot the nest and the router which meant changing to the factory password. We reached out to the host through text, phone and through the VRBO app and it took many hours for her to respond. By then, our son had figured it out...

"This property exceeded all expectations and is reasonably priced. The location on the lake is provides privacy and is ideal for swimming or boating. All amenities were in working order and the house was stocked with everything you needed. The deck area is situated to host a large group comfortably and all furniture is modern and comfortable. Genevieve is an awesome host!"

"When we arrived Friday, after a 5 hour drive, there were people there that had reserved the property, through the owner apparently. The owner had supposedly blocked off the weekend months ago, according to the one lady whom was speaking to her, but it was still lasted on the VRBO site as available when I booked it. There was a class reunion taking place the next day with 30 people attending. The ladies did offer for us to stay and join them but that wasn’t an option. So after about 45 minutes...

"This was our second stay at this property. We absolutely love the spot! It quite, peaceful and just a few minutes from everything we wanted to do in EVL. We hiked the nature trials everyday and kept warm inside with the cozy fireplace. The owners reached out in advance to make sure we had everything we needed. We will certainly return."
