"We had a wonderful time. House was beautiful and clean. Location of the river was perfect. Kayaking,tubing,fishing etc. We enjoyed meals and family time on the porch and around the fire pit every evening. Host was so pleasant and accommodating when needed. Definitely will return."

The mattress in the main bedroom is very comfortable, and sits atop an ergomotion adjustable platform. There was a power outage the first night, for 4 hours. We were glad we’d brought flashlights and candles/lighters. There is no ATT cell service."

"The Rich Valley Estate is a huge beautiful home on 338 acres. As an avid hiker this was perfect to be able to have peace and serenity for a long weekend away. I was able to enjoy the private trails, stream, and forest all to myself! I can really see the potential of this place. With such a large home it can fit your whole family and then some, just yourself, or a couple wanting to get away. "We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the 3-acre lodge, locasted near the small town of Coudersport. Communications with the owner were easy, cheerful and informative. Check-in was simple, and there was ample parking for several cars. The house was neat and very clean. The living room is comfortable with a large flat screen television. "We have never stayed in a rental that was better stocked. We were able to host a large holiday meal comfortably and had everything we needed, plus some. The space was spotless and organized, instructions were clear. Beds were comfortable. We would love to stay here again! One helpful hint would be to screen shot the door code before arriving, in case of spotty cell service. "

"This newly remodeled home is beautiful on the inside. We all loved it. Big and roomy. Great appliances, furnishings, decor. Check in was easy. Had one question & owner/manager teplied quickly. My only advice is if you are traveling with anyone having mobility issues that 3 of the 4 bedrooms and the washer & dryer are upstairs. We loved our stay."
