It would have been really nice if there was an elevator for those who were staying on 3rd floor but that is probably too much to expect from a building that is so old. The canal location within walking distance of the Christmas market, museums, restaurants, etc. was truly fantastic. "

"We enjoyed our stay! The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was good. The hotel is very well located - a 15 minute walk to the main square with the Belfry. The room itself was a little small and the shower was a hose with a head that you have to hold. This all was fine for us but be aware if it’s an issue for you."

Benny is extremely friendly and gave us tips on where to go for food and drinks. We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit Bruges.
