"Absolutely loved this hotel and will definitely come back. The room was spacious and adorable. It even had these massive windows that opened up. The room was literally by the water and the view of the canal from the room was stunning. The shower was great too. They have complimentary hot chocolate in the room as well. And during check out, they give you some complimentary chocolate cookies! Since it was cold outside I asked if the heating could be increased. They gave me a portable heater and it...

"Nice hotel... but we really only spent nine hours in it and most of that was sleeping so the most important thing to say is... the bed and pillows were comfortable and the room had all the amenities you would expect from a quality hotel. PARKING... some advice... Bruges has more cars than parking spots so just pull up on the canal side in-front of the hotel and go in and talk to the staff. Speaking of parking... I have to give a shout out to the young man at the desk . I was a bit stressed...

"We enjoyed our stay! The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was good. The hotel is very well located - a 15 minute walk to the main square with the Belfry. The room itself was a little small and the shower was a hose with a head that you have to hold. This all was fine for us but be aware if it’s an issue for you."

"We had an amazing stay here. The room was one of the best we have stayed in, the photos dont do it justice! It was spotless and the breakfast was delicious. Benny is extremely friendly and gave us tips on where to go for food and drinks. We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit Bruges.
