"Absolutely loved this hotel and will definitely come back. The room was spacious and adorable. It even had these massive windows that opened up. The room was literally by the water and the view of the canal from the room was stunning. The shower was great too. They have complimentary hot chocolate in the room as well. And during check out, they give you some complimentary chocolate cookies! Since it was cold outside I asked if the heating could be increased. They gave me a portable heater and it was great! Only downside is that there is no elevator. Thankfully I was on the first floor!"

"WiFi was drop constantly. It would happen every 5 minutes. After I mentioned it to the staff it did get better but it would still happen throughout the day. This was not a huge deal but became frustrating when I was try to address an issue with a previous hotel and the WiFi would drop and it delayed my conversation with them. "

"Superior room was worth the extra cost, compared to standard rooms that we saw. Breakfast was very good and the service was very efficient and friendly. Our room faced the road and traffic was noticeable early in the morning. Our bathroom had an unpleasant drain smell which we informed the Reception of, but it was not resolved unfortunately."

"This place is a hidden gem! Wonderful, friendly and helpful service. Nice breakfast on beautiful china. Great location out of the tourist chaos, but so close to walking everywhere. I highly recommend this place, and wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Bruges! *I had to leave super early one morning due to a Belgian train strike (had to be on a bus at 6am to Amsterdam). One of the ladies booked me a taxi for the next morning for 5:30, and the driver was exactly on time easing my stress. ❤️"

"Dukes' Arches hotel was perfect for a weekend getaway in Bruges! We were away for my husband's 30th birthday, so I was looking for somewhere special - we had a premium double room in the main building, and the room was cosy, clean and the bed was like sleeping on a cloud! Really comfortable. Staff at the hotel were also lovely, and really helpful. LOVED having a gym, sauna & steam room to use. Small city, so nice having these facilities for relaxing in the afternoon! Would highly recommend. "
