"Friendly, helpful staff; Clean room and facilities; Great breakfast; Good sized clean room with fridge and microwave; Great location, Great view, Taxi's right out front of hotel; Lots of shops, grocery stores and restaurants close. Didn't like: how the bathroom door served as a combo for the shower and door to bathroom & we had a room with a "connecting" door; do not get this unless you're sharing with family or friends; the person in the other room was very ill and we could hear coughing and other unpleasant sounds."

"Staff and location are great, just the roadwork around the property was a bit off putting. The shower and toilet are very tight,no need for a bath in such a confined area. Overall ok stay very quiet and the restaurant and bar area was great."

"The hotel service was fabulous. We arrived at the hotel early in the morning after a long international flight, several hours before the usual check in time. The hotel staff was very accommodating: led us to have a breakfast in the club and made us an early check in. That helped a lot to ease the stress from the long journey. We loved everything about the hotel, the location is superbly convenient, 2 minutes to the train station, which takes you to the airport directly without changing. Much easier than taking a taxi. Many restaurants nearby within walking distance. I had recommended it to many of my friends! Thank you, ICH! "

"The Hotel was amazing every thing was perfect till we left and I realised when I got home I’d left three items of clothing hanging up in the room wardrobe . When I called back was told only my husband jacket was there - my dress and jacket wasn’t there And I certainly didn’t have it -I know I’d forgotten to take them out of the wardrobe when repacking our bag . I’ve had the real run around trying to find the two items clearly they have house keeping issues!!! so a message to who ever is reading make sure you check you have everything before leaving any accomodation "
