"Our absolute favorite part of being in Jamacia was staying in the Dragon Fly Cottage hosted by Geneva and her husband Shawn and their three sons. Everyday Geneva would cook a fantastic breakfast and dinner, served hot and after the meal would take the dirty dishes away. Right off our deck was avocados, jackfruit, all spice, papaya as well as a mango tree just down the path. The view was amazing. The rain on the tin roof, the treefrogs singing, the multiple hummingbirds and geckos made every day a new peaceful adventure. We have made great memories at the Dragonfly Cottage and have definitely made some great friends. "

"Number one stunner for rooftop views. Hands down in my opinion. Everything was accommodated perfectly for my stay. I never had any issues asking for clarity, how to get around, and there was staff close by at anytime I needed anything. The communication couldn’t have been better. I went to rest and relax and it was an amazing experience. I was checked in on yet not intrusive in the least. I stayed in the offseason. I’d say when other rooms are booked in busier seasons it would be so much fun to interact and hang out. Either way you would be able to have a luxury staycation, villa community, all the way to all of Jamaica, from here. Will be back! "

"This is a great vacation spot if you want to relax!! It’s a perfect setting to get away. Special thank you to Shane for making it a memorable experience. He prepared world class dinners with local flavors. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in planning day trips to black river by boat with a few stops to include pelican bar and a local crab shack on the river. He recommended YS falls for a day trip, beautiful! We did leave the villa to grab lunch at Jack sparrows and spend some time with the locals at treasure beach. The home is dated but has all the amenities. Mark the owner was also very responsive before the trip to finalize any questions. The housekeeper and gardener were there every morning working efficiently and gave great conversation . Thank you for a wonderful Jamaican experience "

"My 21-day stay at Casa da Buena Vista was wonderful. It is located in a very nice neighbourhood that is within walking distance to town. I enjoyed breakfast in the garden while watching and listening to birds, including hummingbirds and canaries. The host, Richard, was very helpful and welcoming. The room was very comfortable and had everything I needed. The grounds are very peaceful and beautiful. Every day was a good day- for 21 days."
