"Claudia was extremely helpful the whole time we were there and was always on hand if we needed her. She was lovely and very helpful. The property is lovely especially the outside area that is split on two levels, one being the pool and one being the top area which was lovely for dining. There is a supermarket near by and Madrid is about 30-40 mins away by car, there is a bus stop near the property so this can also be used to get into Madrid. Agustín es un anfitrión fantástico, súper atento a cualquier necesidad o demanda, y muy accesible. "En general, buena experiencia, aunque tuvimos que llamar varias veces porque no había suficientes toallas ni sillas para nuestro grupo de 11 personas y hubo un error con la hora de check out (nos dijeron que era a las 11 y habíamos reservado este alojamiento porque era hasta las 19:00). La piscina no es climatizada, pero para hacer contraste con el calor del jacuzzi no está nada mal."
