"STAY HERE!! The staff were all polite and helpful. It was a luxury for us that they spoke such fluent English. The room was really a small apartment, with 2 bedrooms, a nice bathroom, full kitchen, and a small living room with nice big windows overlooking the street. Super clean, blackout curtains, extremely comfortable beds. Location is perfect."

"This was our first stop on a 3 week vacation starting off in Madrid. I chose this place because of its proximity to Central Madrid and different ways to commute. The place was very comfortable and clean with a lot of attention from Christian. We are beyond thankful for his attention."

"The place was really cozy and well maintained. The little patio was nice. The apartment has everything needed to have a good stay. Communication was easy with the owner.It also has access to supermarket, bakery, and the train station in walking distance. We also walked to the major tourist point. Great place to stay."

"We had a great time staying at this apartment. The location was perfect. We were able to easily walk to the Palacio Real, the museums, the Parque del Buen Retiro and more. The Rastro market was one street behind the apartment. We did use the metro and were very close to La Latina and just a bit further from the Tirso de Molina station. Getting the keys was just 4 minutes away and not a big problem. There were shops and cafes very close, along with a convenient baggage storage station. However, ...

"Enjoyed Madrid as well as the apartment we stayed. Was a clean apartment. In a quiet part of city. We were able to walk to any of the sites we wanted to visit."

"Really liked the location of the property although the check in process was a bit of a hassle trying to obtain the keys, would be a better approach if they had a lock box instead. Also maybe a couple more dishwasher/ laundry detergent pods would be great! "

"My apartment was a converted loft area. If you are tall you hit your head on the ceiling. It is a well equipped apartment and clean. Good Metro connections lines 1/2 on the door step. Overall good value for money for short stays"

"Great location and easy to walk to the center of Madrid."

"The apartment was great and just as described! The location is great and on a quiet street in Lavapies right near the metro. The only issue is you need to walk 10 min away to get the key to get into the apartment. If you are arriving with bags, this can be quite inconvenient. Especially when checking out, my friend had to stay in the flat so I could return the key and she could stay with the bags otherwise we would have had to bring them with us on a 10 minute uphill walk. "The five of us had a wonderful stay in Madrid thanks to the location and the comfort of this spacious apartment. The main lounge/living area is perfect for relaxing and the multiple windows give fascinating views of the busy street life below. There is a small lift which is useful for luggage and the older members of the family. The location is ideal and we walked to all the main attractions. "Great stay in this lovely apartment. It is close and very easy walking distance to Sol, Plaza Mayor and REALLY close to El Rastro. 24 hour Carrefour supermarket on the corner, Tirso de Molina metro at the plaza at the end of the street. Spacious, comfortable and quiet. Great to have a small kitchen and a washing machine. Would recommend. Only be aware there is a lift but there are 8 or so steps up to the lift, 3 without a balustrade."
