"My daughter and I really enjoyed our stay there, and I am glad I got a chance to introduce her to the hosteling lifestyle that I so enjoyed in my 20s. Everything was perfect. From the helpfulness of the staff, to the cleanliness of the rooms to the comfort of the beds. I especially liked the spa after a long day of traveling. "

"Some of the rooms are very isolated and the pillows are very uncomfortable to sleep with. The staff were quick and helpful and I liked the nice breakfast included. While the area is not the most charming one it is practical as it’s very close to downtown. "

"The staff is hospital. This place is totally renovated and super clean! From the toilets to the showers... excellent! Lockers for each bed."

"Very centrally located which made exploring Madrid very easy, the staff were lovely and really helpful, the bed was very comfortable and the bathroom facilities were good. Always very clean as well. Only issue was that it wasn't as social as it was made oit to be, but this wasn't helped by the poor weather meaning the rooftop was essentially out of action. The mixed shared dorm being on the street rather than in the building meant that we had some disturbances from passers by making noise late...
