"Nice property just just minutes up the hill from Uvita. We had rented a Rave 4 and spent a few days in Santa Teresa and Arenal before going to Uvita. Got a message from Andrea saying to make sure our vehicle had a 4 wheel drive button or it wouldn't make it up the hill. Decided to change vehicles to a Toyata Land Cruiser Prado. Good thing we did. "I loved the house. It had everything we needed. Lots of towels, bedding and supplies. The outdoor washer and dryer were so appreciated. We enjoyed the plunge pool and the outdoor space. I walked the Whales’s Tail every morning. Great location. Groceries and restaurants close by. Excellent! "

This house was perfect for our family of 6 it sits just up the hill from the beach and across from a little grocery store. Jose was amazing to work with and helped us arrange a boat taxi, carry our luggage, book a number of amazing tours. The outdoor shower overlooking the bay is amazing. "I would not stay here again if they paid me to stay there.First of all after I paid for this non-refundable place they made me pay for mandatory insurance. This was not disclosed in the ad. I have been renting from rental apps for over 10 years and sometimes as much as 2 times per month and I have never been forced to pay for insurance. The road to get to the place was treacherous and thank god it was not raining or we probably would not have made it there without a 4x4.I was outside by the pool...
