The noise did not seem to bother the amazing animals we saw while sitting on the porch- monkey, toucans, birds. I would stay here again. "

"Nice property just just minutes up the hill from Uvita. We had rented a Rave 4 and spent a few days in Santa Teresa and Arenal before going to Uvita. Got a message from Andrea saying to make sure our vehicle had a 4 wheel drive button or it wouldn't make it up the hill. Decided to change vehicles to a Toyata Land Cruiser Prado. Good thing we did. "We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The location could not have been better, easy to get to our favorite beaches, restaurants and groceries. Owners were very responsive and super helpful with booking tours extra. Very well appointed! The pool was a cocktail pool which we weren’t expecting so we didn’t really use much and we didn’t have much hot water. That is not uncommon for the area but if you aren’t used to that just take note. It does take getting used to when everyone is trying to get ready for...

"Great location right above the beach and close to everything but still feeling private. This house was perfect for our family of 6 it sits just up the hill from the beach and across from a little grocery store. Jose was amazing to work with and helped us arrange a boat taxi, carry our luggage, book a number of amazing tours. The outdoor shower overlooking the bay is amazing. Also the large outdoor patio is perfect for bird watching and enjoying the sunset. "
