Amazing Stay!
We had an amazing stay. The hotel didn't have our reservation when we arrived but they took care of us and found a room without question. The property is stunning with lush landscaping and a beautiful infinity pool. Our room we super clean and extremely comfortable.

This hotel was beautiful, the room was large with a lovely king size 4 poster bed. We had a great view of the sunset every night from our patio or from the spectacular infiniti pool. We also enjoyed dinner at the hotel one night and the food was very good. The included breakfast was prepared fresh to order. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service. I wish we would have stayed longer!

We loved the uniqueness of El Castillo and how well taken care of we were during our stay. It was an enjoyable vacation, very relaxing and the food was delicious! We LOVED this hotel. It's beautiful, has great food, check in was easy - but the service really made our stay great. They went above and beyond to take care of us, and the manager Rebeca was responsive (all hours!) to ensure this was the case. So highly recommended!

It is a beautiful hotel. Large room with everything functional. The lobby is nice with a beautiful pool. Incredible views both from lobby and room. But the thing that made this hotel stand out was the amazing service. I had a couple of issues because I biked there and the staff did everything they could to help me. Also, I ate at the restaurant and the food was made exactly as I asked and tasted great. Breakfast was very good. You will not be disappointed.
