"I have been coming to Grand Center Point Sukhumvit 55 for close to a decade, but primarily for the Let’s Relax Onsen and Spa located inside the hotel. During our honeymoon, we started and ended our trip staying at the hotel, and I’m now a customer for life. This place feels like a luxurious home away from home. The rooms are spacious and well kept, and quite well priced for what you get. The pool, fitness center, and property grounds and finishings are gorgeous. The location is unbeatable, and they offer a consistent shuttle to Thonglor BTS. The staff is immensely helpful from coordinating transportation to offering late checkout when possible. When we began the trip I accidentally left a few items in the room and when we returned at the end they had them neatly bagged and labeled for pickup. Prompt and friendly communication throughout. Can’t say enough good things about this hotel and their staff. Highly recommend."

"It was a very satisfying stay. Nice affordable hotel, rooms had minor issues here and there, but staff tried their best to address them when informed. We forgot some documents and a charger in the room, called them several hours after we checked out, they located them and kept them safe for us to pick up on our way to the airport. Their personnel is wonderful, from the luggage person downstairs to the reception girls; very friendly and always trying to help you."
