"Advertised jacuzzi is just a bath tub, which takes 4 hours to fill yourself. Not as I had pictured given the advertisement. Also, I wouldn’t recommend the washing/laundry service, our clothes were left with the same marks as before, plus dried pink detergent liquid over them. Staff tried their hardest to help but nothing really helped due to the underlying issues which existed and couldn’t be helped."

Spotlessly clean, bright new paint and fixtures, well decorated, excellent service, fast WiFi, cold AC, lockers, this is a perfect quiet space in the bustle of Bangkok's China town, just a few minutes walk to the MRT station, the river, and Yaowarat road's street food market. This is NOT your average hostel. The best place I stayed in Thailand while backpacking!"

"The staff was attentive and friendly! Good location close to public transportation. Seemed like a lot of construction on the sidewalks while we were there, which was a little inconvenient but out of their control. The hotel let us check in early and stored our bags after check out while we hung out at the pool to wait for departure. Highly recommend! "

"We arrived around 1am and the security guard welcomed us and helped us with the bags up to the 3rd floor. So nice and helpful. The staff made a lovely light breakfast and were so welcoming.
