"Convenient, clean and comfortable "

"This is the third time of staying here, we stay every year and will be back next year, we come down from Newcastle upon Tyne annual visit to London parking convient, location good for transportation into London breakfast good clean rooms and quit, staff very pleasant "

"We had a great stay at this hotel, our ground floor room was clean and quiet with good facilities. It was easy to get to from terminal 5 using the pods, they might be a little pricey for families though. The staff were friendly, welcoming and efficient. We were particularly impressed with the team in the Aviator restaurant, who were exceptional, they were very helpful regarding our food allergies & nothing was too much trouble. The restaurant itself is spacious with a lovely view and great food. We'd definitely stay there again, thank you "

"Please check address wanted terminal 2 got the hotel at terminal 4. Both hotels have the same name. Terminal 4 where we stayed was a train ride away and a medium to long walk across lots of roads to get to the hotel. Hotel staff rooms and food were excellent though. "

"The hotel is stunning, spacious, and staffed by friendly, attentive people. Everyone was welcoming, and the bars provided a great spot to unwind. I chose the hotel for its convenient location, just under half a mile from Purple Parking. Unfortunately, my stay in Brussels was somewhat overshadowed by this hotel, which set a high bar for the rest of my accommodations."
