"The home was beautiful, pool was well maintained and was cleaned twice during the week we stayed. There were a few things that were inconveniences such as the grill not working and the stove needed to be manually lit with either a match or lighter but they did not have a significant impact on our stay. There is apparently a path to a private beach that we were not able to find. We were able to find an overgrown path but there were places that were basically impassable and we were never able to access. Cas Abou beach was a quick drive and worth the $6 for parking. Overall enjoyable stay, we were a little over cautious with AC and water usage which made for a hot stay and dirty towels because we did not use the washing machine. But that was our choice, but definitely would have used the AC more even if it ended up costing us some more money. "

"Overall, this is a great property. There were several scheduled maintenance items that had to be fixed while we were there, so we had to be gone multiple times. It was difficult to communicate with the company to determine accurate times when things would be taken care of. Due to this, our plans changed multiple times, to accommodate the workers. The location of the house was great, and overall, it was a good stay. "

"This place has everything, it is located in the best neighborhood next to the most beautiful beach. Els is an amazing host and Hilde was available for any questions or needs that came up. Everyone in our family had a great time and this house was the biggest part of that. Look no further you will not be disappointed."

"We had a wonderful stay. The home is just as described. HUGE! IMO, it can accommodate more than 10 people. The three women that oversee the property were incredibly nice and responsive. We never had any issues. The only thing I would address For anyone that reads every review like I do is there is a lack of bedding and towels. We only had a party of 7 and there were only 7 towels. So if there were 10 People there weren’t even enough. The bedding was just a duvet cover (sans the insert which was folded in the closet) there was no top sheet and only Two pillows per bed. In all the rooms besides the master there was a cold weather fitted sheet that made sleeping uncomfortable even with the room air on. Aside from that we had an amazing time. Please note that even on a map, cas abao is further from “town” than it appears. We didn’t mind but thought others should know! Thank you so much to the lovely ladies!"

"Pros: AMAZING view, you can hear the ocean rolling, easy check in, clean & spacious house, great A/C in bedrooms, washer & dryer, clothes line, 2 showers. The gated community made us feel very safe, although there were zero safety concerns. This location is perfect in my opinion due to it's proximity to great places on the island. We really enjoyed beaces: Cas Abao, Playa Jeremi, Grote Knip, and swimming with the turtles at Playa Piscado (DONT TOUCH them!). It was about the same distance into down town- around 25 minutes. Get a massage and the dutch bitterballen meat balls at Cas Abao beach!! Cons: The beach access at the house is extremely rocky (coral), and the stairs are very steep. The access to the beach is not suitable for anyone who is not in good physical condition. THE BUGS! This has nothing to do with the property itself, but be aware of the bugs. I had dozens of bites. Take vitamin B1 for a week or two before your trip- trust me. Be aware of the Manchineel trees, they are poisonous and dangerous. Ask me how I know! We would happily stay here again! We traveled with adults and kids age 6, 7, & 9. They loved all of the crabs here!"

"This was our first trip to Curaçao, and we really got lucky booking this property. The view is stellar, the top floor has a terrace overlooking the sea with sunsets that are out of this world. The terrace has a bistro set, lounge chairs, and a couch… plenty of areas to lounge and enjoy. There is also a dining table out there for meals set to the sound of the waves crashing. It’s perfect. If you take the stone steps down to the sea, there is a lovely palapa next to a private infinity pool, with a discrete outdoor shower behind it. We watched the crabs, iguanas, and birds while we enjoyed the sea, went snorkeling, and then bounced back to the pool. Stellar! The property was great, but the property management was TOP-TIER! Seaside Don and Angie helped me plan the perfect 50th for my wife. I felt so comfortable, as Don responded immediately after my booking with what my wife and I started calling “The Bible”! Everything I needed to plan our trip was in the documents he sent over. There were also additional services (decorations when we arrived with personalized messaging, dinner delivery on arrival, stocked fridge service, birthday cakes provided, responding to my constant emails with questions, etc.) that added the extra personal touches that made it so special! I cannot recommend this place / team enough — 10/10!!!"

"During our stay we were two families with children under 1 year old and our stay was fantastic. positive points: - Lots of space and wonderful view - The neighborhood and its proximity to the magnificent cas abou beach - Baby equipment available (Park and high chair) - The kindness and availability of the hosts Negative points - Several kitchen and cleaning equipment are missing - The trees in the parking lot scratched our car (200$USD) - We have to pay for electricity in cash (210&USD for 7 days) The positives outweigh by far the negatives. We recommend :)"
