Your staff remained professionally patient at all times and did their utmost to calm the guest, even while being shouted at. They did not argue or retaliate, but instead absorbed the situation with dignity to protect the hotel’s brand and reputation. Such courage, restraint, and professionalism should be recognised and acknowledged. It left a deep impression on us and further reinforced our respect and admiration for your team.
