"I booked this place and once we arrived around 8:00 pm to locate it. I contacted the owner’s who said it wasn’t showing as rented. After explaining and finding out what the issue was they drove over an hour to get us the keys and by that time it was around 9:00pm. Cherrie and Lewis are the most gracious owners an hosts I’ve ever rented from. We will be staying here from now on at least three times a year for our fishing trips. Thank you Cherrie and Lewis from Bobby, Todd and Blanton "

"The house itself is situated in a peaceful quiet gated community with ice cold AC and clean interior. I did extensive research on Cedar Key before booking, it is a laid back small town. If you are looking for a party town or amusement parks, this area is not for you. The primary reason I picked this are was to kayak fish with my son, and I was not disapointed with the fishing. "When we checked in, the RV was 100% perfection! It was super clean, quiet, and the host thoroughly explained the ins and outs of how to operate the RV before excusing himself out. I would highly recommend this getaway to anyone seeking asylum from "everyday" life hustle and bustle. John offered (and we happily accepted) a boat ride to check out Fanning Springs, and then grabbed lunch. The late checkout was great! I would book this RV again and again! ... "

The location was perfect for us - close to shopping, restaurants and oceanside activities, but private enough to avoid traffic noises and bustling crowds. Checking in and out was quick and easy, and the owners were extremely helpful in recommending restaurants and sightseeing activities. We highly recommend this VRBO!"

"Our family enjoyed the property and spent a lot of time on the dock. The house was nicely decorated and well-appointed. A bonus was the nice little restaurant right down the street. The location is close to both Manatee Springs and Cedar Key, so we used it as a home base to explore the area. We would definitely stay again, thank you for the pleasant experience!"
