"Hotel is well located right in Lake Erie and the rooms are newly renovated. I’ve stayed here several times and it’s consistently great. My only complaint is that although the room service food was very good, there was a $10 delivery fee and $5 service charge which increased the price of my meal by over 20%. I tipped the person who delivered on top of those fees since it wasn’t clear that those fees pertained to any gratuities. I’ll be back but likely won’t order room service again!"

"Just lovely & clean property. One of the nicest I've stayed in over the last few years. Super comfortable. Coffee station on each floor featuring Starbucks coffee, was a nice touch. Lake frontage of the entire resort was a plus. I recommend this place to anyone. Nice little pool, outdoor carousel bar on harbor front, generously sized rooms. Enjoyed."
