It was my friend’s birthday and they went an extra mile with preparing a cake on arrival (with the kitchen team singing happy birthday in both English and native) and another in the room. We were pampered. The bed was so comfortable we found it hard to leave every morning! "

"We stayed at this hotel in Feb. 2025. The view of the Giza pyramids from the hotel’s terrace is priceless. The pyramids evening light and sound show entrance is just across the street, steps from the hotel. Night life isn’t very lively around this area however, the view of the pyramids was the main reason for our stay here. If that’s what you look for then this is the best place around Giza, highly recommended!"

"World class hotel, all the amenities on offer as one would expect from the Four Seasons. The surrounding area is a little edgy but apart from visiting sites on private tours, there is little reason to leave the hotel. "

"All the staff were incredible particularly Habiba, Front Desk Manager,who gets a Gold Star for Service, Mosehli, Manager, and Khamis who handled our bags and showed us the property upon arrival and was very helpful at our departure. Saner and Nancy in the evening Front Desk were very helpful. Helal from Housekeeping as well as Mohammad. Ibrahim and Ms. Amal from Breakfast were also very helpful. We had an incredible stay at an incredible historic hotel. "
