"This hotel was great. It is right by the river nile. I was able to see the Pyramids from my hotel room and get a view of the Nile river. In the morning you could see the sail boats. It was fascinating. The staff were excellent, v. friendly and helpful. Special shoutout to Asmaa. The restaurants are great. The breakfast was awesome. The only issue with this hotel is the constant cigarette smell in the lobby, at the entrance and in the hallway. It's literally everywhere even though there are no...

"It is an impressive property, but they can miss details like refilling the conditioner, that was the only one thing or else it was an impeccable service. One thing I didn’t like throughout Egyptian hotels was the half shower and the water would spill all over the bathroom. I am not sure how to take shower in such an out fit"

I didn’t like the furniture that needs upgrading within 2-3 years, I didn’t like room service that needed a new menu and chef, I didn’t like the relative lack of training of staff at concierge and overall. I didn’t like being told all restaurants open until 1 am when only two were open. I didn’t like the smell of the cigar room reception. I didn’t like the Lebanese restaurant Zaitouni; it should be replaced immediately. "
