"The toilet paper roll holder was broken. Paint was chipping off of the ceiling. The cabinet/closet was broken. There were no hairdryer nor an Iron. Which I thought was the standard everywhere. I had to keep asking the reception for bath towels. They just seemed very unprofessional. Overall just bad experience. I would like my money back. I have pictures to show for proof. "

"Very expensive considering that the internet in my room was extra slow, the water was cool and I had to take quick and the staff wasn't all that friendly. I informed them about the slow speed and was told that someone would bring a router to speed up the connection, which never happened. "

"Most Staff here struggle with English so it can be a bit frustrating. They are kind and try to help as much as they can. Restaurant inside hotel is average. The area is convenient with local mosque and stores. Masjid nabawi 7-10 min walk.. masjid Quba 7 min drive.. masjid bilal 15-20 min walk. I would stay at this location again. "

"First of all amazing hotel and even better service provided. Exceeded expectations. Well happy. Chose this hotel for few reaosns. Distance to Haram Food places near hotel Cleanliness and room for family. Didnt try food but it smelt so good. Receptionists Abdul Razaq & Abdul Rahman Atif were super nice and helpful. We didnt face a single problem. Kids enjoyed the stay and wife didnt complain either. All in all very good experience and enjoyed oir stay will definitely book again."
