"Such a cute boutique hotel! A little bit outside of the main town it was nice and quiet and on the water. The service was great with little things such as offering food upon our arrival since we were getting in late, and nightly turn down service. "

"Comfortable, cute and quiet space for a family stay. Shoreline of the lake is an easy 150-m walk and is gorgeous. Only recommendations for improvement would be a second mirror somewhere outside the single bathroom and some night-lights for navigating the stairs in the dark. "

"The host Christophe deserves a special mention, he was great, extremely friendly and helpful! The accommodation is homely, great location and outdoor space. Views of the lake from the lawn with lots of outdoor seating and dining. A very enjoyable holiday."

"We had a wonderful stay here. the location is truly perfect -- sipping coffee as the sun rose over the mountains across the lake is my top memory from the entire summer, with more active pursuits in and around the lake not far behind. The residence was excellent --everything we needed with a lot of common space. We had an issue with an alarm that the property manager addressed promptly (even though it was Sunday)."

"Marie Christine and Bertrand were wonderful hosts. Marie Christine organised restaurant bookings for us and couldn't do enough to make our stay more memorable. The apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable. The area has transport, easy bus ride into Annecy, shops and the lake shore within walking distance. If you have a car there are plenty of places to explore a short distance away."
