Apartment found spacious, clean, well furnished, including air conditioning and a terrace. The staff was really welcoming and the breakfast nice. Easy to park your car as there's a parking under the flat (chargeable). Great place to stay.

Lovely location, in need of a little updating.
We had a lovely time. When we first arrived we were really disappointed with our apartment, the balcony was not a balcony! We were on the ground floor - no problem there - but there was a concrete wall instead of balcony balustrade, it was about 5 foot high with only a slither of light coming over, you could just about peer over if you stood on tip toe… I’ve never seen anything like it! However, having said this and to be fair, I went straight to reception and the very lovely receptionist called Nancy (thank you Nancy!) arranged for us to change apartments the following day. The apartment we moved to was perfect and we proceeded to have a very enjoyable stay. The apartments and complex are generally in need of some cosmetic updating and refreshing but they are adequately equipped. There is no air-con but fans are provided in each room. The location is exceptional, close to the beautiful lake and the small selection of excellent bars and restaurants along the front. The public pool is wonderful and just next door. Overall we were very happy with our stay once we moved apartments. Nancy was also very helpful assisting us with the laundry room.

Chambre très grande avec terrasse,literie hyper confortable avec de très bon oreillers, personnel très sympathique à la réception. Très bon emplacement .Rien à redire à part peut-être une capsule de café offerte à l'arrivée serait un plus surtout lors des arrivées tardives car les capsules sont à acheter à la réception et ce n'est pas spécifier je crois dans l'équipement de l'hôtel.

L’hôtel est correct mais a besoin d’être rénové ! Si vous arrivez après 20:00. N’oubliez pas de demander le code pour la clef. Il n’y a pas de cafetière. Il y a une machine professionnelle « Richard » et il faut acheter les capsules à 0,50 € à la réception.

Très bon séjour à Aix les bains
Très bon séjour passé à Aix les bains pendant une semaine. Les hôtesses à l'accueil étaient très accueillantes et nous ont bien donnée les consignes.le logement était très bien exposé avec vue sur le lac. Quelques bémols: -une Vmc collective (flux d'air sortant) qu'il faudrait absolument régler avec votre prestataire ou vous même. Cela gâche l'envie dormir ! -Globalement l'appartement était propre à notre arrivée mais très sale sous le lit et sur les meubles et un cheveu était sur le drap. Donc une propreté relative.. -Qq ustensiles de cuisine manquaient mais l'essentiel était là. -Dommage de payer le parking. Il pourrait être compris dans le prix. -point à sécuriser: les entrées dans l'hôtel. En effet des inconnus peuvent rentrer dans l'hôtel très facilement par des portes extérieures qui n'ont plus de loquet ou qui ne ferment plus.. par ailleurs des portes en bois sont complètement pourries, ravagées par les éléments. Il serait en priorité sécurisant de réparer ces portes d'entrée. Mis à part ces suggestions d'amélioration, l'appart hôtel était très bien situé, proche de loisirs: cinéma, casino, piscine, musée aqualis, du lac et des restaurants et ports. Malgré quelques points à améliorer dans l'appartement, nous étions globalement très satisfaits de notre sejour à Aix les bains et dans cet hôtel. Nous n'hésiterons pas à revenir en espérant que ces suggestions d'amélioration puissent être prises en compte par le responsable de l'établissement ou de la chaîne hôtelière.

L'appartement en lui même est grand et spacieux. Néanmoins la propreté laisse à désirer. En arrivant, la première chose que l'on voit c'est du sang sur le rideau blanc et une mouche morte dessus. De même, on a l'impression que le balai n'y ai pas passé correctement.

Un super séjour en famille, l’emplacement est top, le buffet du petit déjeuner top, l’enregistrement en ligne et la récupération des clés à une heure tardives ont été claires. Merci à Nancy qui a été au top du début à la fin, sa gentillesse et son professionnalisme aurait effacer tout défaut de l’établissement si il n’y en avait eu un. Merci à Azurea pour leur accueil, ils deviendront désormais notre pied-à-terre à Aix les Bains et sa regions.

Hotel très bien rien à redire.
Comme d'habitude car cela fait au moins 4 fois que nous réservons dans cet établissement. Petit Déjeuner compris très copieux, accueil personnel très sympatique, proche du centre ville, 2 km à pied, proche du lac et des commerces du bord de lac, 2 km à pied. Proche du cinéma 8 salles, du booling et du casino. Tout est parfait pour les personnes qui veulent marché un peu.
