"I travel with family including kids. We had a pleasant stay at the hotel for two nights. During checkin the lady at front was very cordial and helpful. I requested some local eating joints and went to the one she recommended ( The Old Mill Pottery House Café) and it was a wonderful experience considering we had vegetarian food. "We were very impressed with the cleanliness & attention to detail in this cabin. It was clear that this cabin was designed and furnished with thought and care. It is the perfect distance from town - not too close yet not too far away. The pool table was a perfect activity during our son’s naptime. "The host was great with communication and sent very clear and easy instructions for the checkout process. The place itself was exactly how it looked in the photos, and the neighborhood felt safe. It was in a gated community which helped make me feel safer. The drive once inside the community had 1 very steep hill, but it still felt safe enough if you drive slow! "
