"Very good hotel in comparison to its competitors around central and south Jakarta. Of note was the support and attentiveness of one particular member of staff from guest services, Salvina, if I recall her name correctly, went above and beyond to ensure I felt well looked after a misunderstanding that occurred early in my stay. She was highly professional but also appeared to genuinely care about ensuring my stay was a happy one. She’s a credit to the hotel and is the reason I’ll rate my stay as a 5 here instead of 4."

"We stayed at FM7 Resort near Jakarta Airport for two nights, and our overall experience was excellent! The hotel provides airport transfers and breakfast, and the service was outstanding. Every staff member was friendly and attentive, making me feel truly welcomed. A special thanks to Operation Manager Erwin—when we were about to leave, he saw us from afar and immediately opened the door for us, asking if we needed any assistance. We had originally booked the 1 PM airport shuttle, but after checking out, we decided to head to the airport earlier. He quickly arranged it for us, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free transfer. His service exceeded my expectations! We would also like to express my gratitude to the entire team for their excellent hospitality. Highly recommend FM7 Resort and we will definitely stay here again next time we visit Jakarta!"

" Great Breakfast, But Rooms Need an Update I recently stayed at The Westin Jakarta, and while my overall experience was positive, there were a few aspects that stood out for different reasons. Let me start with the highlight of my stay—the breakfast buffet. It was absolutely fantastic! There was an incredible variety of dishes, and I was thrilled to find a South Indian food selection as well. The quality of the food was excellent, and the options catered to various tastes, making breakfast one of the best parts of my experience. However, when it comes to the rooms, I found the interior to be quite outdated. Although the room was clean and comfortable, the decor felt like it belonged to an older hotel. The furnishings and overall ambiance gave off a somewhat tired feel, and I believe the rooms could benefit from a modern refresh to match the high standards of the hotel’s other offerings. While The Westin Jakarta still offers a comfortable stay, especially with its amazing breakfast, I think a room upgrade would make it an even"
