"The hotel was great. Good value for money. Clean the staff very friendly happy and helpful. I could not have asked for much more. The only very very small negative was no cable TV so I did not have any English channels. But I did not come to Indonesia to watch TV I came to see the city and the location is very good for food and pretty close to the city centre. Taxis are cheap here too if you use the grab app. "

"Staff were unfriendly in regards to sending up 2 extra pillows, wanted to charge me for that. They would not provide a bowl or spoon from the kitchen. I wanted no food after kitchen was closed just a bowl for some soup and a spoon, they told me no. The bed was too hard and pillows were not filled enough. Noise from street and mosque 🕌 way too loud. "1. Staffs was friendly, but room was filthy. Found cockroaches and ants colony in the room. The hotel staff nicely try to offer replacement rooms, but its condition is about the same.
