"Great place to stay. The staff are very friendly and helpful. the facilities are great including fitness center and pool. The place is quiet (little street noise) and well located to easily get by taxi to where I needed to go for meetings. "

"In the hotel, although some of the decorations were tacky because of Lunar New Year. Which has the power because it was close to the Historic Dutch colonial area of Jakarta, which was huge disappointment. The doorman insisted on calling us a taxi instead of letting us go to the street, said it would be four minutes, and 15 minutes later said the taxi had canceled and he would call another. We walked out in the street and held a taxi in less than one minute. The breakfast buffet was beautiful...

"I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Kempinski. I love that it's connected to Grand Indonesia from the hotel lobby. Breakfast spread was tremendous, service was top notch. The tub in the room might be the biggest I have ever seen! I am definitely planning to do a staycation here again. "
