Walkable to Armanian street with all the cool street arts, and this a lot of restaurants near by. Friendly staff that kept the property well maintained. The house condition shows the age, but consider this property was built over 100 years ago, you can’t complain too much. Only negative if the loud music from the food center next door that lasts until midnight every day, makes deep sleep a bit difficult "
