"Large bedroom and large very comfortable bed. Lovely wet room. No mirror on or near dressing table. Not sure whether we wanted breakfast but were advised to pay in advance as it would be more expensive next day. Why not just have one price? Could be inconvenient to get a refund if you were in a hurry the next day."

Yes there is currently building work going on, but only during the day when we were out and about so didn’t bother us at all. "
