"We had to book at the last minute due to an emergency family vist in the area,Tracey who greeted us on a late arrival was very friendly and went out of her way to get us some food as the kitchen was closed when we arrived,it was much appreciated.lovely grounds to sit in on the outside and in.we had a dinner the next evening at Mickys dinner just 10 min up the road wich was recommended to us,nice friendly staff and nice food."

"The accommodation is very convenient and well-appointed, offering a good balance of location and price. However, cleanliness could be improved; I found dust and leftover items from previous occupants under the bed. Additionally, the constant sound of doors slamming was somewhat distracting. Despite these issues, I would consider staying here again due to its prime location and affordability."

"Great apartment!!!! really clean and a good size two big double bedrooms nice kitchen with everything you could need. We had car but great bus and train links right outside and uber only £9 into central London we stayed for two nights for our visit to 58th street jazz club we had a great time highly recommend both apartment and jazz club."

"The owner has built brand new apartments. They are really nice…. Very comfortable, close to public transportation…. A couple of things that would help overseas travelers with limited space in bags…. Provide three soaps (hotel size small) as per stay…. Put paper towels for use, fix the bathroom window (unit 2 window does not close properly), the temperature control on bathroom is not working properly… not sure what happened to the security deposit…. Overall a great experience…. Loved it"

"Ralph was very nice, quickly responded, took my phone calls when I was trying to get directions to the building from the airport. Ralph came to our room to show us how to turn on heat if needed and reset water heater so we could get hot water for shower. This was a 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit but when one person was showering, the 2nd bathroom could not get any hot water to shower even in the face bowl. Was very dusty and loads of spider webs on the balcony as if no one had used the balcony for...

"The hosts were wonderful and respected our privacy. The description of the apartment matched what we found! The courtyard was our favorite part! The buses were a short walk away. We hope to stay again someday!"

"All 6 night we had a good experience besides couples of things: There wasn't enough shampoo and soap for the 6 nights stay; Room was very dusty and no cleaning/vacuum were done with our stay for 6 nights, as well area upfront of the main entrance had debris all around; If these things can be corrected, then ratings can be raised up. "It's an old flat that probably cannot be rented without good renovation. Feels like a 20-year-old's first flat mostly empty. It was cold no heating on, the shower as no flow, and half the lights of dead. No wifi With a little love, it would be a great place but in its current state, I recommend avoiding it. "

Fantastic service and very comfy

"Fantastic stay and service. The family room we booked wasnt available but we were given 2 rooms for the same price and free breakfast and cocktails to make up for this...over and above. The bed was exceptionally comfy. The staff were wonderful.Perfect for an overnight stay after a concert at the 02. Would definitely go back."

"The staff were outstanding. They were friendly, supportive and informative. I really appreciate that the option is available to purchase food and drinks after hours. Each last member of staff were very decent and a joy to interact with. I soooo appreciate their hospitality and assistance. The surrounding areas are stunningly beautiful, especially the park in front of the hotel. The stores within this area are unique and enjoyable to visit. The hotel was pristine clean. The property and facilities were excellent. I really appreciate your help and I will highly recommend this facility to any wouldbe traveller. "
