"Jonathan was very friendly and helpful. Quick replies on WhatsApp. Had some door code issues that were quickly resolved. Amazing location just down the street from the Sao Bento station and a wholesome breakfast each morning. Great space, clean and quiet. Note: there is no elevator if you need that. Luggage storage if you want to use after checking out has two lockers (1 euro per locker). Overall, a wonderful place to stay. What could be better? Minor things like coffee maker issue...

The room was also clean and had a nice balcony and the front desk was very receptive to questions via WhatsApp. Only downside is that the bed is not an actual bed it’s a pullout and we were unfortunately given a very late check in when promised a window."
