Fantastic hotel, great location for everything in medieval heart of Porto. Room was immaculate, cleaned perfectly every day. Friendly, helpful staff. Excellent wifi, too. Would highly recommend!

The interior design is superb and well done. It will last for a long time. Thanks to whoever did the job. The staff members are extremely friendly and helpful. The construction in the street in front of the hotel make the traffic a little difficult.

Very stylish hotel in the heart of the Old town steps away from the Duoro river, ribeira and the main bridge. Breaksfast and service were geeat, I highly recommend this hotel!

Be sure to ask for a “Superior “ room. Standard rooms are small and have NO SPACE for clothes. No place for handicapped! Stairs everywhere. Location in heart is Old City and CONSTRUCTIION.

Great staff, great clean rooms with fantastic walk in showers and strong water pressure. In a great area! The breakfast buffet included was really good as well. A lot of options.

Great Location. Walking distance from the waterfront (shopping, restaurants, sights). Neighborhood was quiet during the evenings. Staff were so helpful. Hotel over all very clean. I would stay here again and would recommend this location to family and friends.

Great hotel in a perfect location. Unfortunately there is a lot of construction but that cannot be helped. Staff were wonderful to our party of 4. My mother got sick and we had to ask for a late check out and they were accommodating and kind. Super wonderful and thank you to everyone for a nice stay!

Staying at the Icon Duplo Ribeira Hotel in Porto was an absolute delight! The location is unbeatable—just steps away from the beautiful Douro River and within easy walking distance of all the must-see landmarks in this stunning city. We loved how everything we wanted to explore was right at our fingertips, from the historic Ribeira district to the charming streets of Porto. The hotel itself is a gem. The decor is chic and sophisticated, but it still feels warm and cozy—exactly what you want after a day of sightseeing. Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and had all the comforts we could ask for. It was the perfect retreat at the end of each day. Breakfast was a highlight. Included in the room rate, it was way beyond the typical hotel breakfast. The variety and quality were fantastic—definitely something we looked forward to every morning. But what really made our stay special was the staff. They were all so friendly and helpful, always ready with a smile or a recommendation. A huge shoutout to César at the reception—he was simply amazing. He went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed and even gave us some fantastic local tips that made our trip even better. If you're heading to Porto, do yourself a favor and stay at the Icon Duplo Ribeira Hotel. It's the perfect base for exploring this incredible city!

Great property! The staff were extremely kind, attentive, and professional. Breakfast was great and it’s in a great area. Walking distance to the river, bars, restaurants, and shopping. The only con was the rooms were pretty dark as they offer dim lighting, otherwise great stay!
