"We loved our stay here! The location was sooo perfect for going out on Flagler. Everything was walking distance. We really loved the floor plan, having the bedrooms upstairs and living/kitchen downstairs was great. AND being able to park two cars was a nice perk. The place was very clean as well! The listing did say they had a hot tub, but they did not. This would have been a nice touch. But overall everything else made up for it! "

"Wonderful find in New Smyrna for our stay. The unit was clean, everything worked, good wifi, and location was walkable into town. Would definitely rent again. I recommend this rental without any reservations."

"The house was a comfortable spot to land each afternoon/evening, and easily felt like home for us. The beds were comfortable, the shower had great pressure, the quiet neighborhood felt safe (mom & child), and the house had everything we needed. We never made it to a beach, but beach supplies were available and looked to be in great shape. I thoroughly enjoyed my early morning coffee on the enclosed porch each day. It was a peaceful, cozy spot to relax, listen to the birds, and enjoy the light...
