"We had the best time staying at this location. My children loved the animals and are already begging to come back. The property was clean and beautiful, the owner was very nice and knowledgeable. Communication and checkin were seamless. This was an ideal location for the Kennedy space center (20 min) and Brevard zoo (25 min). We were lucky enough to see a satellite launch one night from the property, while the kids were sleeping. I'd give more stars if I could, We will definitely come back. "

"Was able to arrange with Mgr a day early checkin. No problems getting checked in. Did have a couple of “Minor” issues. But we took care of them. House is a little outdated. Bathroom needs some plumbing repairs, but wasn’t major. Was allowed to have son’s buddies over for dinner approved through Managemnt 1st. Mostly quiet little neighborhood, very close to nessities! Beds were VERY relaxing! Over all….was a very good stay for the price!"
