"The rental was exactly as described. Beds were very comfortable. The house was very clean and uncluttered. Kitchen had full facilities. Loved the plants! The location was perfect for catching the trains/busses. We were a little hesitant when we got off the highway, thinking we had perhaps put the wrong address in as it did not immediately seem like there were apartments, but drive past the train station and there it was. I would definitely rent this place again."

The beds were comfy, the kitchen was outfitted with everything we would possibly need, and the couch/TV area was perfect for gathering to watch Christmas movies. Sue was so helpful and added some little touches to make our stay very festive. We would definitely choose to stay here again. Just lovely! "

Apartment is up one flight of stairs, would have been good to know that in advance, and also to know beforehand that the parking was not in a driveway but rather on the street using a permit that had to be picked up upon arrival --- but it all worked out fine. Security was excellent with electronic locks for fenced-in entry walkway off the sidewalk, main door to building, and apartment itself. "This home is an absolutely fantastic location! Quite a few restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance and the T lines are nearby too. However, the home is an older home and does not have central AC (which is very common). The host has added window units to the bedroom, but the downstairs can get a little warm and humid. Also, the mattresses are quite firm. However, I would still recommend this home to friends and family."

"Location cannot be beat. Easy walking distance to everything in Boston and in the heart of North End. That being said, supplies were very minimal. Only one laundry soap supplied, no coffee, no water bottles, no salt and pepper and only one set of towels for our three-night stay. TV--could not get local channels--no directions for that or anything. However, location trumps it all. I would stay again."

"Obtaining the keys was the most disappointing and inconvenient of my whole experience with this property. The keys are housed in a "key cafe" inside a Seven-11 that is almost a mile away from the apt. The host sends you the info to access the keys from the key cafe but you have to walk or uber the 1 mile to get the keys and again back to the 7-11 to return them.
