I stayed at the Fairmont Copley twice in the past month and fell in love with it. It's a beautiful and stately, but not stuffy, hotel. Quietly elegant, yet the staff could not be more skilled, friendly, and helpful. The rooms are ample, comfortable, quiet and well appointed. I was meeting a friend, and told our Valet Parking Attendant that she'd be joining me later, he greeted her as if she was expected and welcomed her. When I later told him how impressed I was with everything and everyone, his reaction was "We love to hear that." Not just "I love to hear that." This is the sign of a real team spirit and a class act. The food is terrific. And it's pet friendly. Love the 'house dog,' Cory. I will be back, and I highly recommend you give it a try. I don't think you'll be disappointed.

As always, the Fairmont Copley Plaza Hotel is outstanding. The grand architecture of this historic hotel is not to be missed. The hotel is beautiful and elegant. and the Oak Kitchen restaurant is exceptional. . Of course, I do miss the utter sophistication and elegance of the “ Oak Room” back in the day when couches, stunning lamps and drinks served with a “ sidecar” in small crystal buckets was the norm. While times do change, the Oak Kitchen is still a great place, with excellent food and drink. Overall, the hotel is highly recommended, with its great location directly near Copley Place and the Prudential Center.

A little outdated despite the gorgeous architecture. Also got placed in a king suite with a connecting door to another guest’s room and we could hear EVERYTHING. Some front desk staff were really nice and welcoming whereas others weren’t so kind.

We were in Fairmont “gold” and while many of the amenities were great, the food was not as great as its presentation. The hotel linens should be of higher quality and the room we had was freezing. No throw blankets were available and no one came to fix the heat.
